Image Overlay Boundary Edit

According to https://duweis.com/support/viewdoc.html ... ageoverlay, it is possible to manually edit the image overlay boundary by dragging the corners, but the corners are not shown when image is selected. Is there something special I need to do?

1) Ensure the map is in Editing Mode.
2) You have to choose "edit" > "Adjust Point" to toggle on those control points.
3) If the Image Overlay has rotation, please notice the control points would be shown at edges of the boundary before the image is rotated, which might not match the displaying boundary of the image. zoom out the map and check again.
