German WMS for BW

Hello everybody,
I have a local adress for a WMS Server:
This works in QGIS:
https://owsproxy.lgl-bw.de/owsproxy/ows/WMS_Maps4BW?

With this you get the capabilities in Browser:
https://owsproxy.lgl-bw.de/owsproxy/ows ... ervice=WMS

but really no idea how to type for working in Map Plus?
I have tried a lot, I worked with your helpfile and other resources, but without result.

Please, can anybody help me?
