Divided a recorded track

Is there a way to divid a track that I recorded? I took several trails and would like to be able to separate into several smaller tracks.

Toggle map to edit mode, select the track, choose "edit" > "Adjust Point", select or add a point to be the one used for separating, choose "edit" > "Divide"
